Polyfam 440 is a vinyl acrylic copolymer emulsion recommended for interior and exterior wall paints. Its outstanding performance results from the following combination of features: a unique stabilizing system to help the latex penetrate, wet and adhere to the surface. A medium particle size polymer that aids penetration of chalk and produces a durable film.
